One Program, Twelve Weeks, No Decisions Left to Make

The hardest part of training consistently isn’t the workouts themselves — it’s deciding what to do every single session. This program removes that decision entirely. Twelve weeks, four training days each, strength and conditioning built into the same block so you’re not juggling two separate plans.

How the 12 Weeks Break Down

Weeks 1-3 establish your working weights and conditioning baseline. Weeks 4-7 push volume and intensity up in planned steps. Week 8 is a built-in deload — lower volume on purpose, not a missed week — so your body actually absorbs the training instead of grinding toward burnout. Weeks 9-12 peak the program with your heaviest strength work and most demanding conditioning finishers.

Strength and Conditioning, Not Strength or Conditioning

Every training day pairs a strength block (squat, bench, deadlift, and their variations) with a short conditioning finisher — not a separate cardio day tacked on when you feel like it. That’s what actually builds work capacity without eating into strength gains.

Who This Is For

Lifters who’ve done a basic program before and want a full structured block instead of assembling one workout at a time. Follow the calendar, hit the deload week as written, and you’ll come out the other end stronger and better conditioned than when you started.
